Remember, optimal health and vitality begins with these six foundation principles:

 

Breathing Focus your attention on deep belly breathing to reduce stress and naturally detoxify the body.  

 

Thinking  Healthy thoughts create healthy bodies. Incorporate a daily "mind-clearing" exercise.

 

Moving  Exercise regularly and include energy building exercises for vitality!

 

Hydration For optimal health, drink one-half of your body-weight in ounces of clean water daily.

 

Nutrition  Eat high quality organic food that is best for your body's metabolic demands.

 

Sleep  Obtain at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night.
